Inter-Club tennis competition
Inter-Club is a form of tennis competition between various clubs in Calgary which
runs from early - mid June to August with play-offs in early September.
Mount Pleasant Tennis Club usually enters with one team at 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 levels.
2009 schedule:

| 4.0 - 4.5 | Wednesday evening |
| 5.0 - up | Thursday evening |
Each team consists of at least three men and three women (must be over 18 and full club member) - play includes:
2 men’s singles; 2 women’s singles;
1 men’s doubles;
1 women’s doubles;
2 mixed doubles.
Each match is one set to six games, with tie-breaker at 6 all,
play generally begins at 6:30 P.M.
Each participant would normally play two sets per evening.
Club will only participate if there are sufficient players willing to play at that level.
Although the Club is supportive of the InterClub teams and will allow use of courts for teams
to participate, team members must pay team entry fee,
as well as costs of balls and refreshments after the matches,
which are provided by the host club.
Actual cost to each team member will depend upon number of players on that team.
There is also the possibility that tryouts may be implemented,
depending on the number of members wishing to play.
